We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe to do so. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our registered pharmacist.
All prescription medicines are only dispensed following a completed medical questionnaire and review by our GPhC-registered pharmacist. A valid prescription must be issued before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your order being cancelled and could pose a serious risk to your health.
We do not dispense prescription medicines without appropriate clinical assessment. Our pharmacist retains the right to decline, modify, or refer any prescription request at their professional discretion.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee dispensing. If our pharmacist determines that treatment is not appropriate following clinical review, a full refund will be issued. We do not charge for declined prescriptions.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medicines cannot be returned or resold for safety and regulatory reasons.
If your prescription is declined by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.
